- The monthly fee counts the days your store is active, so a partial month costs less

- One invoice at the end of each month, due within 7 days
- Invoices under 10 EGP are waived

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical experience?
No. You choose a template, add your products from the dashboard, and your store is ready. Our team is a conversation away if you need help.
How much does it cost?
Demo stores are free. A real store costs 1,000 EGP a month, counted by the days it's active, plus 1% of each delivered order (at least 5 EGP and at most 50 EGP per order). The first month after you create a real store has no monthly fee, and there's no setup fee.
Do I pay commission on orders that weren't delivered?
No. Commission is charged only on orders delivered to your customers. Cancelled or refused orders aren't charged.
How do my customers pay?
With cash on delivery, or online once you connect your Kashier account. Online payments are paid out to you by Kashier under your agreement with them.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. You can delete a demo store whenever you like, and it's deleted automatically 30 days after you create it. For a real store, request its deletion from the store's page: it's disabled right away, and its last invoice covers only the days it was active.
Can my employees help run the store?
Yes. Add employee accounts that see only the parts of the dashboard they work on.
